Event Appearance Fees and Charges
Mobile Spitfire Display Event Booking Fees
To book the mobile Spitfire display for your event, please take note of the charges that will apply for appearance, transit and security purposes. In addition, our terms and conditions must be adhered to in order for the mobile spitfire display to be booked for your event.
Appearance Charges
Minimum Appearance Fee: £500.00 for 1 day event.
Additional Day (Bank Holiday Weekend): £200.00 per day.
Mileage outside of home County £0.75 per mile per vehicle from FY8 3EN to venue and return.
Accommodation allowance of £40.00 per team member per night, up to 4 team members, when appearing at an event lasting more than 1 day.
Terms and Conditions
- The event organiser is to provide overnight security for the aircraft and/or Harris fencing if it is located in an un-secured location.
- All fee's must be received by the Display Team at least 1 month in advance of the event.
- Should the Spitfire Team be cancelled by the organiser with less than 14 days notice then appearance fee will be non-refundable. The organiser may be liable to any costs incurred by the team, for example, accommodation deposits, etc.
- Should the Spitfire team have to withdraw from the event for any reason then the fee will be re-imbursed in full.
- The team requests permission to sell Spitfire/WW2 related merchandise and to seek donations towards the building of the Lytham St Annes Fighter & Bomber Command Memorial.
Included in the above fee's are the following:
- The organisers event will be publicised on the teams website and Facebook pages.
- The above charges include the supply of full health and safety assessment for the team operating at your event and public liability insurance.
- The display will include team members in period Military uniform and detailed talks about our display during the day.
